The Greens of Fossil Lake Apartments

I have been living here since the beginning of the year, and overall, I am very disappointed. Many of the amenities advertised are either in poor condition or unusable. The dog park is unsafe, with broken obstacles and nails sticking out, which is dangerous for pets. The outdoor grills are completely broken and unusable, with damaged handles. There is an outdoor fridge, but it has always been locked, so residents cannot use it. The pool lights have never worked since we moved in. Our apartment itself was also not in good condition when we moved in. There was a hole in the closet door, a broken bathroom drawer that keeps falling out, and a loose cabinet door under the sink. The bathtub was not properly sealed, and when we reported it, we were told we would need to leave the apartment duri

The experience was great because of Bo. He is a very caring person. He shared some personal experience with living in this apartment complex. Bo was very real and down to earth. He took the time to listen to what I was looking for. Bo even shared how the lawn space would be great for gardening, which is something he loves to do. Thank you, Bo. I really appreciate you.

I'm beyond happy that I found The Greens of Fossil Lake. Gigi has been an absolute pleasure to work with since the first time I called to get information. This apartment is the perfect size and has such a cozy feel to it. So far everyone seems extremely friendly, and the property is well kept. I've had some minor issues, however Gigi and maintenance have been on top of it, responsive, and solution driven and that's really all you can ask for. I'm so excited to make this place my home!

When it comes to living in Green of fossil lake apartment community, its really amazing. The entire team at leasing office is friendly and they are serving the amenities at their best. Spending time here is really good. The atmosphere is positive and lively. I would definitely recommend about this community to my friends and family members

Ive always felt safe here and i cant say that for every complex ive lived at. Ive lived here 3 yrs. it is always very clean outside and the staff is nice. It is a pretty area too. Maintenence is prompt to respond and Edgar is super nice too !
