The Greens At Tryon

I want to give a very big thank you to Lauren and the property manager (Hope) . My family and I were having a very difficult time this winter because our energy bills were so high and our apartment was still very cold. We are a simple family of three, and it was a big struggle for us to stay warm even with heavy jackets and blankets inside the house. When I reached out to Lauren, she was so kind and really listened to our worries. She didn't just ignore us, she actually cared. I am so happy to say that they approved a brand-new heating system and compressor for us! The installation was done quickly, and now our home is finally warm and peaceful. It is a huge relief for my family and a big answer to our prayers. It is rare to find a place that treats tenants with such honesty and goodness

It started great, very rapidly things kinda just went south mainly with the office staff. In the first year everything was decent, maintenance was a tad slow but it worked. Then the heat went out in my unit in December to January ish, I was camped out in my living room the entire time with a gas fireplace that barely works. Having mentioned that multiple times with maintenance and front staff nothing was done about it, nor a reduction in rent. Then things got progressively worse, maintenance tickets submitted were dismissed within an hour with nothing done about them, office staff STOPPED answering the phone. Front staff never returned calls, email communication was a crapshoot in the best circumstances, and never followed up on any calls/emails. It continued in this way until it was time

Absolutely love living here!! Staff is extremely friendly. The complex itself is very well maintained and extremely quiet. Any work orders I’ve had have been handled quickly and correctly.

Every aspect of my experience at the Greens at Tryon has been exceptional. I was out of state when I went through the leasing process and Rachel made everything so smooth and easy. She was always very responsive to my questions and very pleasant. We have had just a few minor repairs needed and Don has been phenomenal. The response time has been super fast. I love my apartment and so grateful to call this community home!

Great place to live! Nice gym, nice pool, and plenty of trees to look at and walk under when walking around the complex. The staff is so nice and helpful and are always planning events or doing giveaways. Sometimes you get free golf balls that people lose on hole 17!
