My uncle whom lived here who passed away in August complained constantly about his apartment being roach invested. The property manager did nothing about it. When my uncle passed away the property manager told our family that per some type of law we couldn’t go inside his apartment until October 1st. BS!!! October first my aunt which is my uncle’s sister went to the apartment complex and was giving a key to get in. My aunt notice my uncle’s apartment had been occupied and had been rummaged through. My aunt searched for my uncles phone, wallet, jewelry etc….. Everything was gone. My uncle had a lock on his closet because he feared that maintenance would come in his apartment while he wasn’t there. That lock was broken. No signs of force entry, no broken windows, no one else had a key to h

Ebony was very professional and friendly. She was very patient with the my daughter who is on crutches during the tour, walking slowly and ensuring she could keep up. All-around pleasant experience.

My uncle lived in these apartments. He passed away in August. The family was told that his family could not occupy the until October 1st 2025. My aunt arrived October 1st. The front office gave her a keep. Upon entering she noticed the apartment was destroyed. The Tv was taken off the wall, his wallet, jewelry and everything of Value was taken. No signs of force entry, no windows broken. My aunt told them she was going to file a police report. My Aunt arrived back on 10/10. The apartment manager had thrown away all my uncle’s belongings, sentimental values Everything. They never notified the family of a day to have everything removed. Because my aunt told them she was filing a police report they destroyed the evidence that would have proven it was an inside job. This place is a disgrace.

The Greens at Old Saint Augustine.🤔 A place where the complex is clean quiet and comfortable. Nice environment and friendly people that really actually doesn't come outside. 😁And it's actually maybe 2 minutes away from restaurants and outlet sightings. But first you will have to take a tour by one of the most friendliest managers in Tallahassee. Great hospitality friendly like my man Mr Nathaniel. That guy is a super helper great hospitality he's very friendly and very helpful and good with his management. Once you walk into the office, somehow you feel home. And don't forget anything you need those guys will take care of you. Like my man Nathaniel. He'll probably get you what you looking for. For those who looking just stop by sometimes.

We recently moved in a two bedroom two bathroom apartment, the leasing office agents Alva peters and Nathaniel are very professional and they had answered all my questions, even though some people posted negative review , I have great experience from the beginning to the day we moved in. agents responded to my email and phone calls immediately , they told me exactly what I needed and guided me through the process . I cannot thank enough how fast they had me in the system. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for peaceful , quiet environment , and customer service.
