The Greens at Centennial Campus

I thoroughly enjoyed this complex. I unfortunately had to move out early due to family but spent a good 11 months there. The grounds are clean, the office folks are respectful and helpful, and my fellow neighbors were quiet, friendly and professional. They are pet friendly and most everyones pets were well behaved. I loved how spacious my apt was for a 2 bed and would have loved to take my apt to my new city. Finally, the location close to everything was very ideal, cheap Uber rides to the bars, clubs, and venues. You'll enjoy it here!

Needing a 2nd home in Raleigh hurt work and fun, I found this at The Greens at Centennial. There is not one thing I can say negative about this complex. Clean, quiet, convenient, pet-friendly, comfortable, great location and occupied by respectful clientele makes this place feel like a true 2nd home. The leading office is cordial and helpful. I’ve not needed maintenance for my unit but I see them about. The culture here is exactly what I like, professional and educated.

Not a great experience overall. I was charged very high and unreasonable move-out costs under the previous management. I was billed for carpet replacement claimed as pet damage, as well as parts of baseboard replacement and door paint chips. I lived here for over 3.5 years, and many of these should have been considered normal wear and tear rather than damage. The charges felt excessive given the length of tenancy. Management may have changed since then, but prospective residents should still ask very detailed questions about move-out costs before signing.

It was not very good experience living here. Specially with rents as compared to others in market. Ventilation was not working in summer. They took 3 days to fix and lend us noisy fans as alternative. There was crazy hot weather outside and this is not how luxury living apartments can treat tenants. We had to reside at friends places nearby for 2 days. Also they sent a warning for cooking odor. It is very likely you can smell all other residents cooking meat and even smell barbeque from courtyard. They even invite food trucks that smells sometimes really greasy and bad. All That is fine but no indian cooking smell in one off day? I dont think this is how tenants can be treated. And do they even follow pest control? You can see cockroaches, snakes and any other insect you can imagine ever

This apartment complex is managed very well. Communication keeps everyone well informed and maintenance is very professional. I had a request completed within hours of submission on the same day. I am very pleased with calling this place home.
