Moved in late July of 2025 with many issues, one being an inoperable microwave. After 6-7 months of dealing with maintenance staff and property manager and multiple different service requests and maintenance visits, I finally have a new microwave as of February 2026. Poor communication from staff, unopened promises, being fed BS excuses. Not a place I’ll ever rent with again and don’t recommend anyone else does either. It’s not the fact that I really wanted a microwave, it’s the simple principle of holding yourself accountable, keeping your word, and delivering satisfactory living conditions without many problems, if any. Unacceptable is an understatement. Interior HAVC system from the 80’s, rusted and falling apart. Haven’t changed air filter since 90’s, or so it says. Mold at base of t
Denise was absolutely amazing throughout my entire leasing process. She was professional, patient, and extremely helpful every step of the way. She made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and manageable, always taking the time to answer my questions and explain everything clearly. Thanks to Denise’s support and guidance, I was able to successfully move into my apartment, and I’m so grateful for her help. I truly appreciate her dedication and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great leasing agent!
I moved in on 1/30/26 & now I’m finally settled and comfortable Carrington has been nothing short of amazing throughout my entire out of town moving process. From start to finish, he has answered every single question I’ve had with patience, clarity, and consistency. Moving from another state can be overwhelming, but he made the process feel smooth and reassuring every step of the way. He was always responsive, helpful, and willing to go above and beyond to make sure I felt informed and supported. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Carrington deserves five stars over and over again. Highly recommend!
Been here a couple months So far this has been the worst complex I’ve ever stayed in. They rented me an apartment with dog urine stains all over one of the bedroom carpets after cleaning it’s a few times, they refuse to change the carpet even after one of the people in the office verbally told me they would. the maintenance request. You need to hound them to get work done. Currently still have a maintenance issue that has not been resolved. They have a pest problem (roaches)every week I need to put myself on a list to get pest control. The pantry didn’t have a door on it who just wants an open pantry where people can just see all their canned goods. They told me if they put a door on it would hit the fridge so I literally had a contractor come in and put a proper working door on there & it
In June 2025, the entire ceiling in my bedroom collapsed, nearly injuring me and striking my dog. The unit was uninhabitable for over a week, yet management treated me as if I was the inconvenience. When I went to the office for help, I was met with rudeness and dismissal (“yeah, I saw it… it’s Monday, we just got here,” at nearly 11:30 AM). No empathy, no urgency. Despite promises of paperwork and resolution, communication was inconsistent at best and often nonexistent. Instead of accountability, I was offered a smaller unit with fewer amenities and told I’d have to sign a new 12-month lease. I was repeatedly misled about cleaning requirements, given less than half a day’s notice about key return, and told not to worry about debris-covered belongings — only to later receive threats of c
