The apartments are comfortable, and the property has nice amenities. The staff has been professional and helpful whenever I needed assistance, and maintenance requests have been handled in a reasonable time. Overall, it’s a great place to live if you’re looking for a clean, safe, and well-managed community in Orlando. I want to give special recognition to Abigail Lopez at the front desk. She has been extremely professional, kind, and helpful throughout my experience at The Grand Reserve Apartments. Abigail always greets residents with a positive attitude and is quick to assist with any questions or concerns. Her customer service is excellent, and she truly helps make the community feel welcoming and well-managed. Thank you, Abigail, for your dedication and support.

I just became a new resident at Grand Reserve at Lee Vista, and I have to say my experience has been incredible — all thanks to Ellie! From the very first tour, she was warm, professional, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right apartment. Ellie made the entire process so easy and stress-free. She kept me informed every step of the way, answered all my questions quickly, and went above and beyond to make sure my move-in day went smoothly. It’s clear she truly enjoys helping residents feel welcome and comfortable. The apartment is beautiful, the community is peaceful, and the staff has been so friendly. I’m so glad I chose to make Grand Reserve at Lee Vista my new home — and I’m especially grateful to Ellie for making it such a positive experience!

The staff members are all amazing 🤩 thanks to Abigail who helped use with the application process and she was very patient and kind. Also Ellie who gave use more than one tour and she was so patient and kind and answered all of our questions. All the staff help as quick as they can and improve the AI Rose who takes quick work orders and it’s so much easier than going on line and fill one out. We love the clean property and clean, big swimming pool truly thanks to all of them.

I had such a great move-in experience thanks to my leasing agent, Ellie! She made the entire process smooth and stress-free, and I truly appreciate her kindness and professionalism. My apartment is absolutely perfect exactly what I was hoping for. The office staff and maintenance team are also amazing so friendly, responsive, and attentive to every detail. If you are looking for a quiet convenient location this is the place to be. I’m so happy to call this place home. I wanted to give an update, I moved here in October 2025 and I am very happy here.

I just recently moved in and I have to say, although the move was very stressful. Ellie and the office staff had made things so much smoother for me, from moving until now, I am so pleased to be apart of the Grand Reserve family. They have made my apartment so beautiful, and are on top of things whenever I have a question or concern. I’m so blessed to know that I feel welcome whenever I walk into the office with a question.
