The Grand Reserve Apartments

The grand reserve is a great place to live. The homes are beautiful but the people/staff are what truly makes a difference. Tina from maintenance has made such a difference and has made living here truly amazing. She is so kind, passionate about her job and it is evident she cares about the people living here. She responds quickly to requests, keeps me updated on the work order and takes extra care to make sure things are fixed and done correctly. She always has a positive attitude and makes sure everything is resolved. She goes over and above. Thank you for everything Tina, your hard work does not go unnoticed and is truly appreciated.

Too many people expecting to live in high class. These are rental units. There may be chipped paint. The amenities offered you are not going to find anywhere unless you’re buying your own home. I suggest ignoring the reviews and come to the property and view for yourself.

So disappointed in this property as a tenant. It seems as though that they don’t care to upkeep this property or fix anything. There are things within the shared community spaces that are broken down and haven’t been fixed, but my spouse and I mainly have had issues within our unit. Each unit we have lived in has had issues. I will say, this can be expected from normal wear and tear but one of the greatest issues we have faced has been our heat going out multiple times in one house and a water heater going out in another. We have been told by numerous maintenance employees that the supervisor doesn’t maintain things like they should and this is alarming to say the least. We originally really liked it here when we moved in but now are just disappointed and fed up. I hate to say it, but I do

Don’t live here you won’t regret it. Management is terrible, the buildings are falling apart and they don’t care to do anything about it. They are there to take your money and maintain that dump they call grand as cheap as possible while charging $500+ over what it’s worth. Community isn’t safe or friendly. “Grand” reserve don’t respond to this I don’t care.

Tina did an amazing job fixing my closet door. It was a pretty big job but she did an awesome job and really took her time. I have lived in several rental properties and have never received this level of care and customer service!
