We love our new home at The Grand! We recently moved after selling our home in a very short time. My daughter lived in The Grand West Bldg. in 2018, and I always loved visiting her..so beautiful with resort like amenities. Our grandson absolutely loves the pool !! Our apartment home is spacious, which allowed me decorate similar to our prior home…feels warm and comfortable! I love sitting on the balcony with a cup of coffee or glass of wine. The view is amazing!! The staff has been so responsive beginning with Sandy, the leasing agent, Lindsay, the property manager, Carmella, the lovely relations manager and James, the super efficient maintenance staffer who took care of all of our final move in requests!! Great leasing agents, especially Sandy. Our maintenance department is quick to address our needs quickly. Shawn is by far the best. He goes above and beyond. Our new environmental serviceman, Tim is by far the best that we've had. He is always busy and our lobby is very clean. The rubbish rooms are cleared nightly. My only concerns are the carpets (dirty) and tiles on the ceilings on my floor have stains and many ceiling tiles need to be replaced because they either missing, ripped or burned! There's no reason for those two issues of mine. Otherwise we have a great place with many amenities and access to the major highways and our beautiful parks (40).

My car was hit/scratched on the property, and the manager Latonya Stevenson claimed she reviewed the security footage when I reported. In addition, she demanded that I involve the police for her to show them the images, — but when the police got involved, it turned out the footage was blocked and she never even looked! She promised to follow up and never did. It has been 6 months! I had to waste police time just to try to access basic information that was not even there. No actions were taken after to ensure safety in the parking lot. This means good luck with your car. On top of that, staff said autopay would be set up after a one-day late rent payment — and it wasn’t, and now I’m being charged another fee because they didn’t do what they said they would. Shawn is exceptional! For the 4 years I’ve lived here, he’s consistently come through every time a maintenance request arises. Most recently, he installed new blinds, AND tightened my curtain rod holders without being asked. He installed + set up a new washer and dryer too— plus took the time to show me how to control it from my phone. He’s always right on time and truly goes above and beyond. Can’t thank him enough!

SHAWN IS THE BEST!! He’s QUICK & EFFICIENT. He’s the only one I trust to get it done the right way the FIRST time. He goes above and beyond always offers to take my trash out on his way out the door.
