The Grand at Vista Village Apartments

I had noticed this building transformed driving past over the last year and a half or so. Definitely well received by the neighborhood. An additional question, there seemed to have been a lot of parking, both garages and open spaces, how are those allocated to the tenants and are there extra charges? Have some friends moving to town with excess parking needs. Thanks!

Nice quiet property that has been recently fully rehabbed. Lots of parking and gated for security.
