The Grand at Stonecreek

I’ve absolutely loved living here, and I’m truly sad to be relocating soon. This place has felt like home, and I can’t recommend it enough! The office team is amazing—always kind, supportive, and quick to help with anything that comes up. The maintenance staff is also fantastic and always responds quickly to any issues. On top of that, the location is super convenient—being so close to nearby businesses means I’ve hardly had to use any gas. It’s been such a great experience all around!

So far I have lived here for 6 months, and I will say this is one of the best place's I have ever lived at in San Marcos. The location of the complex is very convenient, and the people who live around is very respectful. They keep the complex very litter free, and the grass nice and cut for my dogs. The employees who work at the complex is very nice and quick with helping us out. I almost always go to Jacob (one of the employees) and he is very respectful, honest, and will help with any issue I have had and the other employee's are the exact same way. The worker's are out grinding and fixing things day of placing a maintenance order or the day after. The trash system is very convenient and easy to work around. This is a great complex to live at! Throughout my entire experience here I haven’t had any major issues and the issues I did have the management team was prompt with fixing! The staff has been friendly, understanding and very accommodating with any questions or concerns I bring to their attention. It’s a beautiful complex that the staff works hard to upkeep!

Moving from one city to another is very difficult and stressful. All of the ladies in the front helped me tremendously and gave me the best deals. Not only can I have peace of minding living in a quiet community, but my Great Dane has a home that welcomes her. This community it’s 100% dog friendly. The dog park is tiny but it’s all good, the wash room makes up for it! The photos don’t do justice, if anyone needs real time photos just comment below. But everything was seamless and all of the modern amenities are amazing. The photos are from a B2 1022ft apartment. Two giant beds/baths/walk in closets !

The Grand is over all pretty good, very nice place to live. Great maintenance team & staff. I have 2 complaints. NO ONE picks up their dog poop here, my dog has gotten sick twice because of the fecal matter in the dog park (I don’t even go in it anymore). And the second thing is no one knows how to drive properly here. Everyone goes straight through the roundabout, I’ve almost gotten into 5 wrecks because of it. It’s honestly very dangerous, so much so I called San Marcos Police Dept. to see if I could a sign placed but it’s out of their zoning area for signage. (See image below for a resident that sits outside of the dog park literally every time and never goes in). You guys should install a camera and charge everyone that doesn’t pick up their poop (per lease agreement).
