The Gramercy New Albany

I've really enjoyed living at Gramercy. The apartment is modern, and has wonderful light. The area has several ponds to watch wildlife and the pool area is fantastic in the summer. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Any maintenance issues have been resolved very quickly. I'm very happy with the decision to move here.

I’ve had a great experience living at this apartment complex. The community is clean, quiet, and well maintained, and the location is super convenient. Tori and Grace are incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely care about the residents. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed help, they’ve been quick to respond and easy to work with. Maintenance is also handled promptly, which I really appreciate. Overall, it’s been a comfortable, stress-free place to live, and I’d definitely recommend it.

My time at The Gramercy has been nothing short of amazing! The complex offers a comfortable living experience with its modern and spacious units. Maintenance is always top-notch, and the management team is incredibly helpful and friendly. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, and everything from the gym to the lobby and even outside the building is kept spotless. However, parking can be a bit of a hassle, especially on weekends. Visitors often fill up my designated parking spot, even though there’s a visitors parking lot. Additionally, the electric and heat bill chargers can be a bit pricey for the month. Recently went on a tour of the Chappelear - Renovated floor plan and fell in love with the apartment and property. The complex has lots of parking, great amenities, and is in a great location. The unit we looked at has upgraded finishes, tons of storage and great sized bedrooms. After doing lots of research, I’m so happy to have found our new home. If you’re on the fence, schedule a tour with Tori. She was very helpful and answered all of our questions.

My brother in law and I just recently moved into one of the apartments. We thoroughly like the area and amenities. Our smoke detectors were beeping, (They want you to use maintenance for any issue, to include changing a battery in your smoke detector) so we created a trouble ticket. It was signed to a maintenance tech right away and they were at the door within 30 minutes. Johnnie was extremely professional, and sociable. He was in and out and the issue was resolved very quickly.
