The GoodWynn by ARIUM

I’ve lived at the GoodWynn for over 2 years and really enjoy it. They’ve gone through multiple property manager changes in the last year, which is likely causing more recent negative reviews, but they have Sydney here now; she (and the team) have been great! I hope Arium is giving her the attention, budget, and pay she deserves so she stays longer than the last managers we’ve had!! Also the maintenance guys Mike & James are great! Give them a raise! The apartment I have is clean, never had issues, and I like the rooftop, gym, and pool. Very convenient location and the floors are concrete so I don’t hear my neighbors!

I would advise that you look other places. This is not the ideal place for a comfortable living environment and yes I understand the surrounding areas are beautiful but please take heed of my warning. This apartment complex is over priced and doesn’t live up to the luxury standards that are being advertised. For one the walls and floors are as thin as cardboard you can hear any and everything that is being said outside your door, through the walls and also through the floor absolutely no privacy at all. The employees in the leasing office are very rude their maintenance workers are very rude and any chance they have the will enter your residence with their keys most times you will not be notified and there is nothing that will be done about it. I’m leaving this review so future renters have the full picture and to help anyone I can. From day one, my apartment had a strong sewage/mildew odor coming from the vents. I had to go to the ER at 1 AM my first night being there due to the odor causing me to be nauseous and cough uncontrollably. I reported it immediately, but instead of meaningful investigation, the issue was repeatedly dismissed. Over time, the smell worsened into what appeared to be sewage gas circulating through the unit, which aggravated my asthma and made the apartment unsafe to live in. This was not isolated — multiple nearby apartments reported the same issue, indicating a broader building problem. My experience at the GoodWynn has been overall very disappointing. Let’s start with the good. It’s a convenient location. It’s a nice property. It didn’t have bugs. Maintenance is great. My packages were never stolen. However, there are serious things I have dealt with and emailed management about that I have yet to receive a response about. I moved in May 2024; and on Memorial Day weekend, my across the hall neighbor was trying to kick the door in at 4:30am. At least one time per month, the fire alarms will go off. I’m writing this review at 5:24am as I was just awoken due to fire alarms. However, I specifically remember being home where the alarms have gone off at: 12am, 2am, 10am, 2pm, and 6pm. Service here was exceptional. I would like to personally single out Amy as wonderful saleswoman and having decisive business etiquette. Would definitely recommend others to ask for Amy whenever they are in search of housing or to move. Immaculate service.
