It was a long road… but most of the road was the “actual search.” We found Adriana online and gave her a shot because she was bilingual and that was best for our needs. I will be honest, she was newer to the game than others we could have gone with, but she made up for it tenfold in her enthusiasm to please and her desire to find a solution.
