The Glenn Apartments

This place is absolutely disgusting! I hate that I moved in here and can not wait until its time to move! Ive been here 3 months and its the worse place ive ever lived. My dishwasher doesn’t work and they refuse to replace it. The apartment I was shown had stainless steel appliances yet the apartment I moved into had all white appliances with all the cabinets painted shut. The toilet and sink in the bathroom all has paint stains on it As well. They didn’t replace the blinds in the bedroom, even though they are yellow . If you pay your rent late, you get a late fee But you also can’t pay it early because the utilities haven’t been uploaded and they don’t get uploaded until the second Of the month So if you pay your rent before that, then you’ll have to pay another card fee to pay the remain

Freshly renovated apartment! Fantastic appliances, faucets, lights, flooring, carpet. All NEW! They were flexible with my deposit and address my concerns immediately! Emily is a fantastic host for correspondence. Maintenance crew is professional and informative. Just keep your chest up so ppl won’t test you, and learn a little Spanish 4.5/5 👍🏾

I’ve been here for about 3 years now I love the new management team we have here and also our maintenance team Kathy is our Manager she is awesome very understanding and handle things accordingly would recommend anybody to come and stay here!!!!

Alex was really good in helping me to decide what’s best for me.. he knows his job well as if he knows me.. he made it easy for me to decide and locked it in! He is awesome and so friendly..

Its been wonderful having Alex Merino, he is very helpful and patience and very knowledgeable, Wonderful experience with Alex. Alex keep up the great work!!
