The Glenn Apartments

The Glenn has been my love since the very first time I came here! This is a very high-quality complex, where everything is thought out to the last detail! 👍 The apartments are bright and very cozy with large panoramic windows, new appliances and furniture, and a large spa complex! We only moved in a few days ago, but we feel right at home! I want to express a special, huge thank you to manager Kamesha Stevens, who, from the moment we showed the apartments until we signed the contract, was always welcoming, attentive to every detail of our request, always greeted us with a smile, and was happy to help with everything! Thanks to this attitude from the staff at the leasing center, you feel like a special guest every time you come here! We really appreciate it! We love everything and confiden

I’ve lived here since 2019 right around the time the building was finished being built, and while there’s never been a team that was necessarily terrible, I can honestly say the current staff delivers top tier customer service! You don’t stay somewhere that long unless it truly feels like home. The team here really goes above and beyond. Tyler, Tina, and Kamisha are always professional, responsive, and genuinely kind. It makes a huge difference when management actually cares about the residents and takes the time to communicate clearly and follow through. Maintenance has also been amazing! Caleb is quick, efficient, and always gets things handled in a timely manner. Any time I’ve needed something repaired, the response time has been impressive. What can I say? We love our apartment. When we first moved in, there were a few things that needed attention, but Dana, the property manager, quickly took care of everything. She was kind, attentive, and sent over the friendliest maintenance team—Carlos and Angel. They arrived fully prepared and handled most of our requests on the spot, with only a few items needing parts to be ordered. They were respectful, patient, and took the time to answer all of our questions without rushing. I highly recommend this place—both the maintenance team and the front desk truly support you and make living here a great experience!

So far, so good. I will become a new resident towards the end of the month. Olivia and Kamesha have been great about getting me set up with a new lease. I appreciate their great customer service!

This was a good stay for me at the Glenn Apartments. Tina gave me my initial tour, on very short notice and I really appreciate her for giving me a great home. Family friendly, we enjoyed the hot tub, gym is clean. Quiet too.
