PRETTY DOPE APARTMENT, I just lived here and I love it already, Melissa and especially Norma or very cool here, if you talk with them and communicate with them, they are the coolest most nicest people to meet! And fair! When my toilet leaked during the cold front not too long ago emergency maintenance did their thing and it hasn't leaked since!, so far so good this place is the place to be!

Oswaldo and Danny came to fix some things in my home and was quick and professional as always. The whole maintenance team is usually really kind and tries to help me with all my issues that I have in my home. Don't know what id do without them. I will leave a more detailed review of my time here if I leave. But any issues I have I usually ask and the management usually resolve it. I really see this place as my home.

Been here for a year and a few months and I like it here. We've had our problems, sure, but the staff have ALWAYS been polite and helpful. We've been having some issues because reasons and the manager/assistant manager have been working with us the best they can. I appreciate them so much. The maintenance crew, especially Oswaldo and Daniel, were a huge help with fixing the HVAC issue in about an hour. Also, Oswaldo was a brave soul that came out and defeated a nest of wasps on my back porch. I can sit outside for morning coffee without fear of being stung. If I did have something negative to say, it would be a noise issue from the bar across the street. While I understand the noise from the bar is NOT the fault of the apartments, I might have taken the other apartment I was offered had

My husband and I have only been a resident for a week. Since then we have asked for maintenance twice. Oswaldo, did an excellent job and was very efficient at completing the jobs to our satisfaction. We feel confident if we should need any other repairs or assistance, it will be handled both professionally and will meet our needs.

I have been a resident of The Glen for going on 2 months. I’ve had a couple of minor maintenance issues and each time Oswaldo always does an excellent job. Oswaldo and another maintenance guy by the name of Daniel just completed a repair in my kitchen. They both were friendly and completed the job swiftly and professionally.
