The Gio Apartments

The team at the Gio has been extremely wonderful to work with, Steve, Tanisha, and Quinn. They are all very prompt at handling any concern. Steve has also been amazing at handling any maintenance issues I’ve had. I’m glad I chose to move to the Gio as it has everything that I need a washer and dryer, parking, a package room, and some of the prettiest sunsets with the Philadelphia skyline. What truly makes it the best is the team here because they are very friendly and always very fun to talk to.

I’ve loved living at The Gio Apartments this past year! The building is always super clean and well-maintained, and the management and maintenance teams are excellent. Everyone is friendly, professional, and attentive. The pet-friendly environment is a huge plus. I’m only moving because I’m relocating closer to work—otherwise, I would have happily stayed. I never had any issues during my time here and would highly recommend The Gio to anyone looking for a great place to call home!

The team at The Gio has been a pleasure to work with. Steve and Josh are incredibly responsive and always willing to help. They’ve made my transition to Philadelphia smooth and comfortable.

Parking gate is constantly broken every month and y’all are charging $250 for in closed safe parking. More parking concessions should be admitted each time it’s down in the rent charges. Packages are constantly stolen, and elevator is always down too. Work being done by contractors in vacant units early mornings with out notices are a major inconvenience too. Overall, property management and maintenance are great, a chill place to live.

Updating my review again now that I’ve been here a full year! The staff is still great. Both Steve and Josh in Maintenance. Both are friendly, truly hard working, and thorough! The main office’s communication style is to send out community-wide warnings and “someone did this, don’t do this” type of emails, I do not believe they actually interact with individual residents about behaviors like not picking up their dog’s poop. However, they will interact with residents directly if it’s a personal matter. They also do not reach out to individuals for noise complaints. I had a neighbor send several noise complaints about their upstairs neighbor and was not supported by the leasing office staff. The policy is that the maintenance staff reach out to the noisy neighbor, instead of building manag
