When we decided on the right house she worked with us to make sure we had everything we needed. In the future we will be using Debbie to find a bigger home for we family move with us. BEWARE!!!!! DONT LIST WITH THIS BROKER!!!!! We are looking to relocate, I emailed the Gina Miller Realty Company to inquire about a property they have listed under their realty company in Steele, MO. EVENTUALLY, I received a call from Deborah who had 0 information on the property they have listed and was unwilling to contact the owner of the property to ask the owner any of the questions I had. Simple questions such as does the property have a well or sewer. This was just the beginning of my horrible experience trying to work with this company. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!! Response to Owners Response = "basically lots" do not have pre-existing structures on them such as this lot does (demolished or not) which means there is a chance of existing city water hook up/ or well or an old septic
