The Georgian Condominiums

I lived at the Georgian for 8 years and cannot say enough good things about it. The building was quiet and I felt very safe as a single woman walking my dog in the surrounding neighborhood. The proximity to Lafayette Square was always the biggest draw along with the price of the real estate. Even as a young professional, I was able to purchase a condo and it served me so well over the years. As I move onto my first house, I will absolutely miss the lovely community & comfort of the Georgian!

Your word is all you have in this world! The Georgian Condominiums don’t keep there word period! The Georgian Condominiums suggested a viewing time (four days prior), so I could see an apartment. The day of… I called 38 minutes (to be exact) before my viewing to confirm my appointment. The representative confirmed my appointment time. I even got there 15 minutes early. The condominiums were closed. I stay across town in Hazelwood, Mo. What a waste of my time! She did that on purpose! She could have reset the appointment, but chose to play with my time. That was a huge sign from God… this wasn’t the place for me! Real business professionals, keep looking, don’t waste your time, nor money on an unprofessional business such as the Georgian Condominiums! You will find out for yourself their

The combination on great community, location and architecture. I love the history behind the building, tall ceilings and thick walls which helps to eliminate extra sound. My neighbors are all very nice and friendly people. Also being across from the grocery store and Walgreens helps a lot. Walking distance to Soulard night life and market, short drive to a downtown and easy access to a highways. I couldn’t be more happy with it 😊

Beautiful old building, very quiet unit, great views of the city! LOVE the unit we are renting, and we were SO excited to move here! But the air quality is AWFUL in this building. We are non-smokers and nasty air from other units circulates through our space day and night. We are told that there is nothing that can be done about the problem. Ugh. We have bought air filters - 5 of them - but they don't keep the stale cigarette smoke out. Detrimental to the health of someone with asthma, who works very hard to remain healthy! Unless the problem is resolved we will sadly be out of here at the end of our lease. Such a disappointment. In every other way, this location (such a grand old building) is FABULOUS.

I love living here at the Georgians, beautiful finishes are top of the line. Quiet no disruptions, nice nieghbors. Walking distance to Groceries store an Walgreens. Its more like an gated safe place.
