The Georgian Apartments

Tiffany was amazing. She promptly got me into my tour and went over everything in great detail. She was so kind and sweet. The true southerner hospitality. The property was very quiet and clean but we were looking for something bigger. We are new to the area and Tiffany even pointed out some helpful resources for us. Thank you so much for your kindness Tiffany.

Tiffany is the best! Got me approved very quickly. Explained everything and even help me with the application! Also huge thank you to the maintenance team for doing a great job on getting a few little things corrected after I got my keys to my new home! Great job please keep it up

The property manager is rude as mess. She doesn't care about anyone but herself. The air broke over our honeymoon and we had to pay for a room over the weekend and they would not refund us or come out and check the air conditioning until the following Monday, once they checked it they threw all our belongings out the clothes and onto the living room floor and left. These apartments have thin walls, and roaches everywhere. The apartments are all out dated. We have lived here for almost a year and only once have they sprayed for bugs. We have seen drugs being sold by our neighbors and the front office refused to do anything about it but tell the neighbors we told on them and told us to call a police report. We have also seen people trying to break in here. The laundry room is a joke.

Let's start with the good...bc let's be real there is always some good in everything! 1. Lauren...she is AMAZING and definitely the reason for me finishing out my lease in this place. 2. Walls are solid and I very rarely heard my neighbors. 3. Quiet complex....eight before the end I was seeing a little more of the police and what not. Now for the bad..... 1. Rent is way to much for what you get. 2. Complex is very outdated. 3. Lynn....the complex manager. She is horrible and does NOT know how to talk to people. I left my place clean and I was willing to accept a few charges, such as the carpet and blinds. What inwas charged for is nonsense. Lauren thank you for a great year....I will.now being contacting corporate in regards to charges made.on my account..

The property manager is very rude towards black people Im starting to believe they are races it bad enough the rent is almost a 1000.00 dollars and they complain about everything let alone these apartments aren't really worth the price!! the laundry room is bogus scam and they don't even have a change machine how do they expect for you to live comfortable with those rates!! First time having my own place and I'm very unhappy and wishing I would have overlooked these apartments!! Good luck to the new comers
