The Georgetown Apartments

I've been a tenant @ "The Georgetown" for a few years. I enjoy living here. During my time here, I've come to know a few of the complex managers. (2) of them however, stand above the norm. (C.J. Spitzer) & the current manager, (Britnie Adams). Among many good things I could say, (She always greets you with a smile, is honest and she's a straight shooter. I've just signed up for another year and look forward to living here for many more.

Lived here for a year with my 2 yr old. We never had a bad experience. Joanna is probably the best property manager I've ever dealt with. She's honest, listens and is respectful. She would greet my daughter, dog and myself every time we saw her. The maintenance guys were always helpful and polite. I loved my building and my neighbors. It was a perfect safe haven for a single mom to get back on her feet. Would recommend it to anyone.

Place is laughable over a thousand a month for an appointment that's floors are rotted out and doesn't do proper maintenance. Who ever the manager is needs to figure her stuff out. I'll ask about something then a few months down the line it's not okay, Edit, it's taken over a month to get my garage fixed and someone stole my bike out the laundry room this place is such a piece of work it's not even funny and no one has been in the office so good luck actually talking to a manger unless you call

I loved my stay at The Georgetown Apartments. I had terrific neighbors. I had a beautiful apartment. Very safe. Lots of peace and quiet. The pool is so very nice when it’s open in the summer months. The maintenance team is great. It has the best property management that I’ve ever encountered in an apartment complex. CJ does an excellent job of managing the property. I wish I could give this review more than 5 stars. You can’t go wrong at The Georgetown.

I had an awesome 2-3 years at The Georgetown! Management is so great, the pool is newly redone, and if I ever needed help with my unit, it was fixed or addressed pretty quickly. Super close to Holmes Lake too. Really easy to submit maintenance requests. I can’t stress enough how good the management is. Definitely recommend!
