I have left great reviews for The George on Yelp. Now it’s time to hop onto Google reviews! I have had a great experience with everyone who’s ever worked here. Over the years, the team changes but I’ve never gotten anything less than excellent. Our current leasing team consists of Kallen, Gracy, & Jiovanna. Kallen helped me numerous times, helping me transfer units more than once. On top of that, Gracy and Jiovanna would always fill in, reply, and support in the middle of my transfers. So I was being taken care of by all the ladies in the office. Everytime I need something, I don’t have to wait - they help me right away, and they do it happily. Caring staff - My favorite thing about the George, besides all the activities and professional management, is the attitude of the staff. Jiovanna Villanueva in particular. She is wonderful; I was recently having a problem contacting my son who lives there, and she helped me in a professional but caring manner. I appreciate her excellent communication and follow-through. The George is a true community; I have seen it over the years. They go to great efforts to make it a fun and interesting place to live. My son loves it.

During my time living at The George, I continue to have a truly great experience with the staff. They are always welcoming, professional, and quick to assist with any needs or questions I have. Their friendly attitude makes the community feel warm and inviting, and their dedication to maintaining a high standard of service makes my stay comfortable and stress-free. It was either busy or had no space at neither Golden Road or Karl Strauss breweries across the street. I was so lucky to host my party at The George instead. A big thank you to Jio, the property manager, who accommodated and I was able to make a good memory out of what could've been a disaster. Everyone had fun. The George offers great amenities, service, and amazing faculty.

I’ve been a resident here for 7 years. I’ve seen this place at its prime… towel service, weekly workout group classes, monthly resident events, a working Jumbotron, resort style amenities, etc. the decline is truly baffling. A new property manager every year says enough about the staff and how difficult it must be to keep this place “luxury”. Over the last couple of months we’ve had cheap patio furniture put on the rooftop that wasn’t even built properly and could ultimately become a problem, a bad repair that was done led to flooding down 5 stories of apartments, a police raid with dogs waking up the property at 330 am, the awful and dirty hallways and stairwell, the focus is more on renting out then keeping those who live here content.
