The Gathering at Arbor Greens

Good luck getting a response from them. Updating my review since the front office has a history of responding with passive aggressiveness, evident in their response and email responses (which I only received after posting this review)- Everything on my end was done immediately. Not my fault communication is not on the level it was before this new company took over. I am definitely calling corporate for this. Horrible professionalism.

My review is from the POV of someone who has lived here since 2022 and the first thing I have to say is make sure you have a good pair or two of noise cancelling headphones. I am literally writing this review at midnight while my upstairs neighbor stomps around dropping things and vacuums during quiet hours. My constant state of being right now is misery, anxiety, sleep deprivation, and stress. Had you asked me prior to 01/05/2024 my experience here, I would’ve given it a 4/5 stars. The apartments are nice and I really like the area. The maintenance crew is very friendly and responsive, probably the best part about living here. However, I’ve recently had new neighbor as of January 2024 above me on the third floor and it’s been a nightmare. I’ve reported this multiple times, at least 7/8

It's quiet and well cared for. I love living here because I feel safe. The complex is clean and organized, and you really notice the effort to maintain a pleasant space for residents.

I have nothing but nice things about the staff. I only moved because I purchased my home! Don’t let these reviews detour you. Some times people leave reviews when things don’t go their way but not when they do.The front desk girl Layla was very sweet when I turned in my keys. Hailey answered all my questions and was always respectful. I also want to give a special shout to the manager Amy, she was so helpful with my move out process and kept answering my questions even now.

I'm a current resident and have been living here for about 11 months and just renewed for another year. Unfortunately, I’m now seriously second-guessing that decision. Over the past year, our A/C hasn’t just gone out once or twice — it’s failed four separate times, most of those during the heat of last summer. And now, here we are again facing the same issue. Our most recent outage began on June 14th 2025, and we’ve now been without functioning A/C for nearly a week and a half. I’ve submitted multiple maintenance requests, and while technicians have come out several times, the problem still hasn’t been resolved. Now we’re being told that the delay is due to a part being on order, but no one can give us an actual timeline of when it’ll arrive. That kind of uncertainty, especially in the Flo
