The Gates of Cipriano Apartment Homes

My experience with this apartment community has been very positive from the start. The application process was clear, well organized, and much easier than I expected. The property is well maintained, the atmosphere is calm, and it’s clear that the staff truly cares about providing good service to residents. I would especially like to highlight Lynett, who was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. She was always kind, professional, and patient, answering all of my questions and making sure everything moved forward smoothly. Her support truly made a difference and gave me peace of mind during each step. I would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for an apartment. The customer service and overall experience make this a great place to live.

Great customer service from Daizja! I very much appreciate everything she has done for me helping me get a place and quickly at that! Shaniya is excellent at her job. She takes her time to explain everything to you. Everyone in that leasing office is very pleasant to talk to. They are very knowledgeable about everything and I am very appreciated to Shaniya for a job. Well done I must say my apartment is lovely. I have no problem.

If I could give it a zero stars I would! This complex is VERY dirty, they have roaches and mice’s. They don’t come pick up the trash when they suppose to. Too many ppl taking up parking spaces WHO DOESN’T EVEN HAVE A PARKING PASS! It’s shooting going on around here. This complex is not safe at all and I DO NOT RECOMMEND moving here at all! Unless you like being in the ghetto with roaches and mice’s along with the rental office who will constantly loss your paper work and have notices on your door saying you ain’t been paying rent when you know you have! P.S I don’t even live there but these are actually facts based off what a friend who do lives there tells me!

During my time so far at this complex it’s been one thing after another. And recently i had to draw the line when my child’s Bed /My couch, and home had been infested with mice and roaches. I’m not one to live in filth or dirt. Cleaning constantly and vacuuming/ scrubbing everything in my living areas. But when moving in and doing the walk through i noticed things that needed to be fixed within in the apartment and honestly all that occured was they covered up the “issues” (holes in walls, leaking toilets/shower heads) wasn’t at all Replaced and or fixed. I’ve found that my stove has (3-4 mice nests) and under my dishwasher has mice all in it. (I haven’t used my oven at all once since i resided here becasue of the stench it was giving off to determine why that was.. so on 9/17/2025 i had
