⭐⭐ (1/5 Stars) — BEWARE: Do Not Ignore the Reviews Like I Did! I am writing this because I truly wish I had listened to the reviews before my husband, my kids, and I moved into The Gates at Three Rivers. We lived here for about a year, and it has been a year of pure disappointment and regret. The "Luxury" Illusion Don’t let the outside fool you. It looks nice enough when you drive up, and they make sure to show off the renovated units to get you through the door. But despite the high rent we paid, we didn’t get one of those nice units. For all the money we shelled out every month, we lived in a place that was outdated and falling apart. It is quite ridiculous to pay "luxury" prices for a subpar living experience. The maintenance man Ronnie came in to fix my bathroom drawer but when I pointed out 3 other things that needed to be fix, he was quick to get it fixed for me. Even though he was only scheduled to fix the drawer it was very nice of him to fix the other things. I really appreciate the effort from him to make sure my home is safe and comfortable as can be, especially when I have a baby crawling around. It really meant a lot for him to take his time to fix things so my daughter wouldn’t get hurt. Thanks to the management as well for hiring people who are very experienced and friendly when it comes to making sure their work is as thorough and complete as can be! After being a respectful and cooperative tenant, I was completely blindsided by unjust charges after move-out—then sent to collections without any warning or explanation. I left the apartment in clean condition with no damage, no spills, no trash—only a few unopened food items, minimal condiments, and some cleaning supplies. These weren’t left out of carelessness—they were left intentionally, assuming they might be used or appreciated. One quick trip to the dumpster (which is located right next to the unit) would have resolved it if it was truly an issue. Instead, management kept my $300 deposit, tacked on $1700+ in additional fees for “my negligence” , and ignored every attempt I made to get clarity or resolution. The worst part? Best temporary home ever and the manager was so kind to me and my wife. Anytime we needed help with anything we are almost upset to leave. She never had an attitude or complained after us going up there so many times everyone is so nice and helpful and the apartments are not to bad on the wallet I would give this place a 10 star if I could but we will leave it at 5 I guess would highly recommend for the price and the service.

Recently moved into this community and I love my apartment. The ladies in the office are so nice and have been helpful with anything I've needed.
