I just moved back to NYC and stayed the weekend at my friend’s apartment @ 146 S 4th. Beautiful apartment but the rooftop bar across from it was obnoxiously loud until after 3 am every night. I’m looking closer to the water in a quieter building.
Was standing in front the building as I felt a bit unwell from the heat and it’s a public street in front of the building so I waited for 5 min. I was told by the lady security guard that I have to leave. I was not inside the building, just waiting outside.
The building is right next to the Moxy hotel. The music is ridiculously loud Wed-Sun 11am to 4am. It’s unlivable. The windows in the building are very cheap and many have lost their vacuum seal.
There’s an overnight Black Lady at front desk who was rude when picking up my package. Being smart mouth for no reason. I need to get in contact with a supervisor or manager asap this is unacceptable
Best views in the area! Great amenities and staff! The management company is always very helpful.
