Customer Reviews
I had a wonderful leasing experience at the Gardens at Wesmont Station. From the start, Suleyka was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. She guided me through each step and always made sure I felt informed and comfortable with the process. I really appreciated how accommodating she was with my last-minute request to re-tour some units before finalizing my decision. She arranged everything quickly and made the experience smooth and stress-free. Her professionalism and responsiveness made a big difference and helped me feel confident about choosing this community. I’m truly grateful for her support, and I highly recommend both the property and Suleyka for anyone searching for a new home
I worked with Suley as my Leasing Professional at The Gardens at Wesmont Station across multiple units during my apartment search. She was consistently warm, personable, and easy to talk to. Most of my interactions with her were via email, where she was especially responsive — even on weekends — and clear in her communication. I felt taken seriously, and she never made me feel rushed or like I was a bother. The one thing future renters should be aware of is the administrative burden that comes with this property management company. The application and approval process involves a lot of documentation, and that workload increases after approval and during the lease-signing phase; there are many steps and requirements to keep track of. That said, none of this is a reflection on Suley hersel
If you have a family and are thinking of moving to The Gardens Wesmont Station, I'll give you several clear reasons why you shouldn't live here. I've lived here for the last four years and I'm on my fifth lease. 1) The apartments are old, they've tried to remodel them, but the finishes are terrible: peeling paint, old kitchens. 2) If you value peace and quiet, this isn't the place for you. If you live on the lower floors, you might have terrible neighbors with noisy kids who run around, jump, and bang things on the floor. You won't have any peace and quiet because the apartments are old and you can hear everything. As I said before, the management is useless. They don't offer any solutions; they just want you to pay the rent, period. 3) If you go to the office and ask for help, the staf
Pros: I lived at Gardens at Westmont for about three years, and overall, it’s a nice community. It’s a great choice if you’re renting your first apartment, or if you’re a single person or couple. The pricing is fair compared to most rentals in Bergen County, which makes it more affordable than many nearby options. The landscaping is always well maintained, and the property includes a small park for kids and a dog park for pet owners. Pest control is available whenever you need it, which I appreciated since I don’t do well with bugs. The renovated buildings feature updated counters, cabinets, and flooring, which gives the apartments a more modern feel. The staff are friendly, and maintenance is prompt and reliable. There’s also a laundry room on-site, which is convenient. The neighborhood
I don’t recommend it for anyone: 1. Very high rent 2. Very low quality in everything (fridge, oven, closets, etc) 3. When you move out they’re gonna find a way to not only not return the security deposit but also pay extra
