The Gardens at Cavalier Drive

I called properry today around 4:06 pm on May 5th, 2025 and got an extremely rude person answering the phone. After, I called her out for being short and rude on the phone; she stated "I am in the middle of an application." Then, she literally said to me a possible applicant; "I didn't think you was going to asked this many questions and I didn't want to be rude." However, Ma'am that's exactly what you exhibit...100 percent rudeness and I shared that with her. I believe your name was Shaneira...Shenita...something like that.

I moved to these apartments when they built them in 2019 because it was for seniors. In the last 30 days we have had cars vandalized, burglarized, and stolen from this property. Last night mine was one of them entered. I have a Kia..at about 8a.m. this morning I was on the way outside to walk my dog when a neighbor told me my back window was broken. Upon entering car I discovered the areas around steering wheel materials was on the floor. So after contacting Police who took report by phone I went to office. We have security cameras on this property but they needed to be recalibrated said the manager. Ok now 2 weeks ago another Kia just like mine was entered and stolen. So WHY today it hasn't been done already. What's even funnier we have a policeman that was requested who lives here, but

These Apartments are without a doubt the best of their kind that Macon has to offer. We have very large living spaces. A huge laundry room. Our grounds are very well manicured and situated on one of the most beautiful and shady pieces of property in the West Macon area.We have the option of starting our day exercising in our club house. We also participate in activities like live music, cooking competitions. This is not your Daddy's Apt. Complex. Please come see us. .

It’s a nice place but the manger need to have more respect for the tenants.she rude and inconsiderate . Why if isn’t security not working around the clock . If they living out there. I hope somebody help these poor people that didn’t realize just how bad this place was before they move there.

Being one of the first tenants to move in this brand new complex, I am still enjoying my apartment. I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone.
