The Gardens Apartments

We lived at The Garden for over three years. The community is awesome. The new management is fantastic and the changes are being made for the better. I would certainly recommend living at The Gardens.

I have lived here for exactly one year as of tomorrow afternoon. I have loved absolutely every minute of being here. All of the neighbors are polite and nice. The staff solve problems before the problems would even be noticed. The unit is more than enough for my family. I have noticed that I almost NEVER hear my neighbors due to how insulated the units are. It is a little on the expensive side compared to other apartments here but I do not regret moving in a single bit. Actually, I will miss this place a ton when I change universities in the spring. If you are on the fence about where to live, I would tell you to take any chance you could to move here. It is extremely pleasant to be here.

I cannot give this place enough stars. The units are BEAUTIFUL, lots of windows in the dining area, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, built in bookshelves under the stairs. Brooke, the property manager is a breath of fresh air. She always maintains an exceptional level of customer service and professionalism. The grounds are immaculate, and the maintenance staff is also very nice. I would definitely recommend renting here!

My family moved here almost a year ago and we couldn't be happier! We relocated from Atlanta and we weren't familiar with the area. From the minute I called and spoke with Sherry and Abby they were so sweet and so professional. They answered all our questions and scheduled time for us to come look at the property before moving forward. The minute we walked inside I knew this is where we were going to stay! The condo is BEAUTIFUL. The floor plan is perfect for our family and though we were initially concerned since the sqft was smaller than our previous home the layout gave us plenty of space. I am extremely disappointed in the management of The Gardens owned by Country Club Villas, LLC. I rented for a year, and fell on very very hard times. I found myself unemployed in January, right before the onset of the global pandemic that COVID-19 brought on. I kept the office manager advised of my situation from day 1 and asked about any reasonable accommodations which they would be willing to make. They were not willing to make any. I asked in April, knowing that my stimulus check was coming, if they would be willing to extend payment deadlines for rent or waive penalty fees, which they said via email that they would not.
