The Gardens Apartments

This place is amazing! Property management was responsive and helped find the perfect apartment. High quality, with all the amenities I need (gym, grilling, lounge) and seconds from the beach. Would highly recommend!

Don’t move here! Save your time and money and avoid all Triton properties if possible. Yes it looks very nice and beautiful and it really is but dealing with the property management is terrible. They are terrible with communication and don’t care about the people living there. You’re basically on your own if you have a problem. I recommend 2 of my friends to live in Triton properties because i thought they were great our first couple of month. Both have had so many problems between roaches, washer and dryer not working, apartments being DISGUSTING on move in day etc. They have promised so much before we signed the lease and then gave nothing they promised. Please don’t make the same mistakes we did moving to norfolk for the first time.

The apartments are esthetically pleasing and reasonably priced but I don’t recommend living here at all. Based solely off of their policies/leasing agency. They aren’t responsive and I’ve filed multiple complaints regarding the upkeep of the complex and nothing is ever really done. Trash PILES up at the dumpster for days, mind you there’s only one dumpster for over I’d say at-least 60 residents and we pay for “trash income” . Dog park hasn’t had clean up bags since I moved in almost a year ago. The common area of the stairs/hallways NEVER cleaned. Only once since living here. At the end of the day they want to nickle and dime you for everything if it’s not their way but they do nothing for this complex. Oh and they do random unit inspections which they don’t work with you on flexibility wi
