The Garden Apartments

I have lived with this company for the past two years and they are the best apartment management company I have ever rented from. The manager Laura is fantastic and extremely helpful. I recently upgraded my apartment to a larger one. They have such a large selection of apartments throughout Orlando so finding my next space was easy to say the least. Laura helped me navigate the transfer headache free. This is a great community to live in and they do a good job. Nicole also has been very helpful since I moved in. Thanks guys!

Apartments are ok still will have things that need to be fixed remodel was a rush job so they can charge more rent money and the manitance staff is lazy and the building management is no help only time you hear from them is when its time to pay rent not a good place to live not worth the rent money
