The Galloway Apartments

Unfortunately, the system is working very poorly. We booked a self-guided tour to view apartments, but they never sent us any instructions on how to actually do it. For more than half an hour we tried to contact the office (there is simply no leasing office on the property). Only after about 30 minutes they called us back and said they don’t have our request at all and there are no apartments available to show. A huge waste of time. We spent over 40 minutes just walking around the property and waiting for an answer.

Every time your support was needed, you or your colleagues stepped in to fix whatever needed attention. Ellias, kindly helped us on the work orders needed to be fixed when relocated. We can see you are detail oriented, fair, and got whatever was needed to verify and validate the pending items. Thank you for that! Overall a great community to live in.

I am getting quite frustrated. I signed the lease 7/19 and moved in 7/25. Upon initial inspection, we were missing the Garage remote with our keys. Garage parking is REQUIRED at $135 per month. The garage remote given to us finally after contacting the office was not programmed. Once we got it programmed, the garage was filled with someone else’s belongings. We got that cleared out. And finally, when we went to use the garage on 7/27, there was another car INSIDE the garage (see photo). This is extremely upsetting given the premium we pay and cannot use our REQUIRED garage. Conveniently this is happening on a Sunday when they are closed. There is no street parking and a very small amount of guest spots. My one-year stay at The Galloway Apartments was overall a good experience. While I initially had some frustration during the move-out process due to delayed communication, the management team ultimately addressed and resolved my concerns. I appreciate their efforts in closing things out fairly. The apartment itself was comfortable, and the community offers lots of good amenities. The move-in experience was smooth and well-managed. I’m glad the issue was resolved and would consider this a decent place to live.

Thank you to Robert and the maintenance team! Robert took very strong initiative to make sure my broken oven was looked over. Once the oven came in he came and installed the new range. Vic was a great communicator through out the process. Thank you Rob and Vic!
