Lived here since 2022, just recently moved out, and for being my first renting experience, everything was amazing, and am sad to leave. Property is clean, safe, and conveniently located in downtown. Management and staff were nothing but amazing, and always timely and respectful. Would highly recommend to someone looking to live in downtown!

Don't kid yourself, it's loud on weekends, surrounded by homeless people because of how close it is to Armory park. The rooms are nice but sleeping at night makes you feel like you're in a prison cell because they are solid grey concrete. The front desk staff (if you can call them staff) don't do anything that makes you feel welcomed. My wife my son and I had to stay here while our house was being redone and got zero help. From trying to get information on parking to even just figuring out when we could move in. Two times I've been into the leasing office, the first time was only open because random people (who he said was a former employee) and five other guys were pregaming for a UofA Game. He had at least three drinks when we talked to him. But at least he was helpful, too bad he was no

Gallery on 5th warm welcome, yeah right! rather cold and uninviting.... I came here Monday morning and the guy at the front desk was awful. I couldn't reach the client via the code box, so I came in through another set of doors that led me to where I mentioned to the man at the front desk I was there to clean a unit, he didn't even let me finish saying what I was going to say. He began explaining how they don't hire people to clean the units, the renters do and he continues on to say why am I telling him....He did not greet me, gave me this look like I was beneath him and spoke to me in slow and condescending manner as if I didn't understand English, was it because I was a Mexican cleaner? He obviously has never worked in higher end properties where the front desk/concierge sometimes verif

I lived here for a little over a year and can't recommend it enough! If it weren't for a career promotion, I would absolutely have continued living there. Mordechai, Javier and the staff are phenomenal and always so welcoming and ready to help at a moment's notice. The units are brand new and gorgeous and the property is in walking distance to all of downtown's restaurants and entertainment. If I ever move back to Tucson, I'd definitely live here again in a heartbeat!

This has been the best place to live for the many past years. They have always treat this place like home And family I have never been so comfortable in any complex all my years I am very satisfied with how clean and how professional all of the staff is including Mordecai is very helpful and always quick to assist with any help that we need. Stephania It’s very kind and very nice as well She’s also very helpful and genuine I am very Gratified and excited to tell others of this awesome place . Including the cleaning staff, Luvia 🧡 she’s amazing and very sweet and always greets me with her kindness . To the maintenance crew Allen and Kayden, you guys rock dude.
