I am very disappointed with the way things are handled here. We had a snow and ice storm this past weekend and no one cleared the sidewalks. It is very unsafe for myself and other residents to get to the parking lot to get in their vehicles. Maintenance is a joke. One of the maintenance guys can never be found when needed and I know he lives on site. I know Robbie is amazing. He is always really nice and helpful when needed. When something goes out in your apartment it is a job trying to get someone to come and fix it. If it does get fixed, it's half ass. No one should have to deal with this. I have only been living in this apartment community for three weeks, and unfortunately my experience has not been entirely positive. First, the water in my unit appears to be very hard water, which has been affecting my skin and causing noticeable hair shedding. I emailed the office to ask whether the property offers any type of water softening service, but I have not received a response yet. This is concerning because if this continues long term, it could seriously affect my hair and skin health. Additionally, the washer and dryer in my unit are not functioning properly. Maintenance has come to check them and stated that they are working normally; however, I am the one actually doing the laundry and experiencing the ongoing issues. Lived here for about a year and a half and have been pleased with my apartment and thrilled with the attention of management, especially during the ice storm. Have gone above and beyond to safely remove ice and keep operations as normal.

I have only lived here for a few months, but every interaction I have had so far has been positive. Miranda goes above and beyond to help when needed. Kama has also been super sweet when I asked a million questions prior to move in. I love my little space and I am so grateful to live in a safe area for a reasonable price.

My roommate and I lived here for a year while both being young professionals and I would not recommend this place of living to anyone. There were new office workers every time you go in, which needed to happen a lot in order for anything to happen in your apartment. Our dryer caught on fire, and they did not believe us until they finally came to look at it. Our kitchen appliances and outlets were all on one switch and you could not run more than one thing at a time before the whole circuit blew. Our microwave was broken for two months and it took five trips to the office for them to come and attempt to fix it and get then reluctantly give us a new one.
