I am writing this review with disappointment and frustration, but also to honestly warn future renters. At first glance, this property looks attractive with amenities like parking, barbecue areas, and a swimming pool. Unfortunately, my experience with management, especially during move-out, was extremely stressful and unfair. After I moved out, I was charged excessive and questionable fees for cleaning and maintenance that appeared to be related to normal wear and tear and routine upkeep. Under Washington law, tenants should not be charged for these items. I provided photos and detailed explanations, yet my concerns were repeatedly overlooked. The new management team has been doing a great job. I really appreciate the front office stuff. They do announcements often and they're on top of stuff. Maintenance has also been really helpful. Manuel is very fast and does a great job every time we need something fixed. Thank you, Manuel!

Lived here for about a year management constantly added random charges to the bill, lost documentation had to send rental insurance to them maybe 5 or 6 times. When we moved in the apartment it had several damaged items broken dishwasher doors hanging off the bolts no blinds in the rooms. Hair left in the cracks of the bathroom mirror, stains in the kitchen as well as several other items. we left the apartment in the same condition we move into it and somehow received over 1000$ in repairs to “install new lights” “re-install doors” etc maintenance items. Pricing for the area is not good either, people broke into the apartment and destroyed doors while i lived here. The court yard is nice for about 5 minutes until you hear kids screaming out there until 9:30pm. Anytime they change something

Ant infestation, extremely loud neighbors and don't even have my own fuse panel. Although, staff is wonderful, reasonable affordable and has a beautiful courtyard. This is as honest as I can be. Every single problem most of everybody is mentioning in the comments is past management complaints. New management is fantastic. Always friendly but always means business equally. Love to see it. (Noise from neighbors is from their child so I understand not much can be done as kids will be kids)

i noticed all of the units are renovated except for my mothers we still have white appliances, don’t have an upgraded kitchen faucet, the toilet doesn’t work, there’s roaches, she still pays the same amount of rent as everyone else she’s been here since before 2020… feels like they pour money into the lobby and the parts people tour but neglect long term residents. also the GYM SUCKS there are no lower body machines besides the leg curl machine, no resistance bands, all of the upper body machines are there, they suck too tho they get caught and you end up having to put yourself in danger to get the weights back down because it gets jammed. I try to tell my mother to contact the front office and try to get renovations done for our unit. ur she is embarrassed of the state of our apartment. t
