The Gables at Lakeside

I left the apartment and during moving maintenance enter the apartment with no one inside. When I came to retrieve my belongings more than 1,000 dollars in my property was gone. I sent pictures made a police report I only received a “we are sorry” from management. If you need stuff to be repaired make sure you are in your property otherwise you might end up getting the same courtesy I got. They never gave me the name of the persons who enter the property while I was out. Supposedly they talked to everyone in maintenance and none knew anything, I am not surprise. Avoid this place.

Been living here for 3 years and have enjoyed the pool and gym! Very convenient area local to lots of places! Office and Maintenance are helpful!

Love my experience living here at The Gables at Lakeside for the past 7 years! Best views, close to everything and the office and maintenance staff are always very attentive. Highly recommend! Enjoy the community events.

Currently living here. I love it ! Its so quiet and peaceful the maintenance is really friendly and fast. The people i have came across are always friendly. Just a good environment to have my 9 month old in . No complaints except for maybe parking its a little packed.

if i could make it a negative i would. there is absolutely no parking in this complex and the office is aware. the office staff is so rude especially beatriz. she always has an attitude whenever you call for the simplest things. maintenance marks work orders completed even tho work has not been done, every time it rains the entire complex stinks, there are holes in the fence around the tennis court and the lights do not work, the basketball court area is filthy and the gym equipment is ripped and worn.
