The French Quarter Apartments

We toured French Quarter Apartments twice, and both experiences were excellent. Our first tour was with Corbett, and he was incredibly easy to talk to and very professional. He answered every question we had and also shared additional information we didn’t even think to ask. What I appreciated most was how honest he was about the property, especially speaking from his own experience living there. As a parent, that honesty really mattered and helped ease a lot of my anxiety about my youngest daughter moving away from home. We came back for a second tour with Taylor, and she was just as wonderful. She was sweet, knowledgeable, and very easy to have a conversation with. I absolutely love The French Quarter! The staff is truly incredible — friendly, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to help with anything you need. The apartments themselves are well-kept and very affordable for the quality you get in Auburn. The entire community has such a great vibe. It feels safe, welcoming, and genuinely like home. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, neighbors are respectful, and the amenities make day-to-day living super comfortable. If you’re looking for an apartment in Auburn with amazing service, great value, and an overall positive atmosphere, The French Quarter is 100% the place to be. Couldn’t recommend it more!

Lived here since 2024. Old management was great! It was dingy in some ways but a lovely community and well taken care of and so creative! New management took over and immediately flooded my apartment trying to do routine maintenance. New management also installed cameras that make any apartment near the central area able to be viewed by the cameras, which the management says is ‘highly monitored’, so maybe if you move into one of those keep your windows closed. New lease prohibits sleepovers. Maintenance often comes banging and entering my apartment at any times, though often early morning, without me receiving an email or text about maintenance being performed. The French Quarter is one of the best places to live in Auburn!! It’s a nice, comfortable distance from campus and the people here are the best!! Everyone is so sweet and kind. The apartment complex is also very beautiful and unique!

Best pool in Auburn right here! On my second year living here it’s been a great place for the money. Close enough to campus and maintenance fixes things pretty quickly (Shoutout to King!). New management just took over but they seem to be fixing up the place nicely.
