Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and everything is fixed in a timely manner. The landlord is on-site, which adds an extra level of attentiveness and security. He ensures that only residents and their guests are on the property, and he is always focused on keeping the community safe. The grounds are clean, well-maintained, and feel secure. Any concerns we've had have been addressed fairly and appropriately. Maintenance team and Julian are great. As a resident for multiple years, I have always appreciated having them around to take care of any of my regular complaints. If the price is right I would highly recommend.

Julian does a good job keeping up the grounds and making sure things are repaired. Onsite laundry and gated parking for added security. Nice little apartments in a covenant location.

Julian works hard to maintain the property and I see maintenance working on things all the time. The property has a gate and is very secure. Management treats everyone equally and fairly.
