I requested maintenance to unclog one sink and two bathtubs. One of the bathtubs was unintentionally overlooked, and I only had to remind them once. The very next day, the issue was resolved. They are very reliable and diligent. I truly appreciate their prompt attention and professionalism. Please keep up the excellent work. Thank you very much.

My daughter and I just moved in a couple of weeks ago. I just want to start off by saying the property is beautiful, clean, and well kept, as for the landscaping. The staff is absolutely amazing. Community Director Jonathan P. always has a welcoming smile and definitely utilizes his due diligence to ensure this property is kept up. The maintenance requests are expedited in a timely manner. Ms Flannery always responds to my daughter's text messages and to our service requests on time, and she is very thorough. Alfred and Nyare are the maintenance team, and they do an amazing job and have completed our requests. The neighbourhood is beautiful; the property is very quiet at night. I am extremely grateful to be here!!!!

I have just arrived at Sawgrass Apartment but my experience has been pleasant from the first moment. Since I approached to find out about the availabilities I was received by the person in charge of making my experience unique, Amelia. Her empathy, respect, kindness and professionalism made me feel at home from day 1. The rental process was super fast and Amelia was available at all times in order to help me. Thanks to Amelia !!!

McKinley, including R Martes are slumlords Add edit 08/22/23: I have moved out of this complex & I am still dealing with the incompetentmanagement staff that run this property. I have never been spoken to nor treated by anyone like the way I have by these people. The way they run the place is slimy & they’re out to screw over anyone that speaks up about how awful they are. They are accusatory & have zero regard for any current or former residents. They are quick to blame you for their miscommunications. The previous management company (PRG) was great & I would never in a million years recommend moving to this property, nor to any other McKinley properties to my worst enemy. I moved to Sawgrass 1/10 and I am so grateful that I have! I was waiting to allow my review to have some authenticity to it. I chose sawgrass because of the ratings, location, and quality. In my past I have lived at lower rated places and have had undesirable experiences through those decisions. Now that I have taken ownership of my self-love and self-worth, I knew that I deserved to live somewhere that mirrored that belief. I was hesitant to proceed due to external fear from reading reviews of Amelia being a “liar” yet I listened to my heart and moved forward. I am so thankful that I have begun to listen to my heart.
