The staff does a wonderful job! Is a good place to live. The Fred apartment is the best to rent everybody is so jolly and happy if something needs fixing maintenance is there right away

Nice modern Apartments homes in Frederick, MD. Spacious units. Nice, quiet, clean neighborhood. Many residents speak highly of the friendliness and helpful nature of the staff and leasing office personnel as well as the timelines and professionalism of the maintenance staff. All Homes appear to have washers and dryers in every unit. Pool and fire pit in the community. Some residents do raise some concern about the length of the application process however, and the somewhat invasive nature of some of the questions regarding sources of income. However, some will appreciate this thoroughness so as to ensure the community continues to be filled with qualified and respectable individuals and families whom residents will be glad to call “neighbor.”

A great place to live. The staff was always friendly and attentive, the spaces are well-maintained, and the whole process was easy and clear. I highly recommend it.

I lived in the Fred and found it to be a great place. The staff takes special attention to your needs and ensure the grounds are maintained. The groundskeepers work hard each day to maintain the appearance inside and outside. Maintenance is ever ready to complete the task in a short-turnaround time.

Lorena, Jamaica and Jessie, they're great! From the first time I visited , up to the lease signing I was treated with care and respect. Although, the verification period with the corporate leasing office was a bit nerve wrecking, these ladies stayed in contact with me every step of the way. The only complaint I have is that we don't have our keys to access the gym after hours yet but they are working on it. I am so thankful for my new home and look forward for the summer to utilize the pool and grill area. Oh! And, the maintenance team is great. Very professional and knowledgeable. No complaints regarding the unit. Walls are clean, carpet clean with no paint, everything works and the rooms are spacious. I'm in love!!!
