The Fountains at Chatham Parkway

Took a tour with Patrina Chua and it was great, she was super nice and very professional. With the situation of management, she’s deserves and instant raise. Overall decent facility, but the touring rooms could use some dressing up. And not having washer and dryer pre installed was a deal breaker for me. As someone new to the area, as in out of state, I’m already having to purchase all my furniture and more so having pre installed amenities would be very helpful. Not bad, needs work, and I’m talking directly at the facility owners, don’t cut corners.

I’ve had the absolute greatest experience living at The Fountains at Chatham Parkway, and I have to give a huge amount of credit to Valerie Arthurton, the residential manager. From the moment I first toured the property, her professionalism, warmth, and expertise stood out. Valerie is incredibly knowledgeable — not just about the community itself, but also about the entire Savannah area. She answered every question I had with confidence and made me feel completely at ease throughout the entire process. Management here is polite, responsive, and genuinely eager to help, but Valerie takes it to another level. She is sweet, caring, and truly passionate about these apartments and the residents who call them home. You can tell she loves what she does, and it shows in the way she communicates,

I’ve lived at the Fountains at Chatham Parkway for over a year now, and I have to highlight how amazing Bobee Love is! Every interaction I’ve had with her has been nothing but positive. She is consistently helpful, patient, and genuinely kind. Anytime I have a question or need assistance, she goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of quickly and professionally. Bobee truly makes living here such a great experience. Her customer service is unmatched, and she always makes me feel valued as a resident. I really appreciate her and all that she does! I've lived at The Fountains a little over a year now and truly love it. I love the town home style, the location, the pool, the car wash port, the grounds greenery and cleanliness, the laundry, safety and the turtle filled pond. No matter the changes, I've always been met with staff willing to listen, clear questions and a fast responding maintenance team. Our new property manager, Valerie, is professional and friendly. My negatives (but not deal breakers) would be no playground, limited play room, the new parking fee (keeping in mind we do not have assigned parking), the slow to close gates that can get 2-3 cars in at a time, having to use the main gate for cars as an entrance to the community if you are on foot, no key fobs or codes for security or preservation of amenities, the on-site

Jasmine is a wonderful person. When I came in, she greeted me with the best smile and had the right attitude. She made me feel important. I was so lost and out of options and she helps me through so much and she was so patient with me. She gave me an amazing tour and I can say I think I found my new home.
