Maintenance here is extremely disappointing. They never inform residents in advance when there’s an issue from their side. There has been a continuous water problem, and instead of fixing it properly, they sent a message telling us to use the gym bathroom. Honestly, it’s unacceptable. They shut off the water the whole night without any prior notice. Imagine needing to use the bathroom in the middle of the night, in cold weather, and having to walk all the way to the gym bathroom — it’s ridiculous. Would they do the same if they were in our situation? It has now been 20 hours with no update, and the management is very rude whenever we approach them with concerns. I recently moved into the Heights Apartments at Albion. While there were a few issues at the beginning of my move-in, everything was resolved quickly, and it seems like the new management is doing a much better job. Special shoutout to Joy, who has been extremely helpful throughout my moving process and has always answered my questions and concerns. Her support made the transition much smoother. Overall, I’m happy with how things turned out.

PLEASE DONT COME HERE, THEY TRICK YOU AND DONT SHOW THE APARTMENT UNTIL AFTER YOU SIGN, THEY HAVE MICE IN THE WALLS, ROACHES EVERYWHERE, BROKEN DOWN ELEVATORS, DONT CLEAN DRIVE WAY DURING WINTER TIME, ALL SORTS OF CONSTRUCTION ALL THE TIME WITH NOTHING DONE, RIPED OUT WALLS AROUND THE BUILDING, WATER ALLLLLLWAYS GOING OUT AND THE LIST GOES ON!!! 3/11/21- they are trying to enforce other rules mean while our mail boxes in 707 are ALL POPPED OPEN!! YOU CAN'T CONTACT THE FRONT DESK AT ALL AND THE MANGER WILL DISREGUARD YOU IF YOUR A CERTAIN SKIN COLOR! HE IS COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! DONT COME HERE ITS NOTHING BUT A SCAM!!

I rented at this apartment complex (the East building) from July 2018 - July 2019. The day we moved in we reported several things that needed fixed/ put in and it took several trips down to the office and several reports through the online maintenance service to actually get what needed done, done. Everyone at the office has been extremely nice, but inconsistent. You could get one answer from someone and turn around and get a completely different one from someone else. We had a huge roach problem and we had asked to have the exterminator come. We were told they would come and we would make sure we were there and no one ever came. I have been living here since May and have really enjoyed it. WESLEY (one of their maintenance staff) is the BEST! He came in and was able to fix things that the other staff could not in a matter of minutes. He even took on work orders that had not been filled for months! He got them done in a day! With him on staff, I am certain that any issue I have in the future will be handled quickly and thoroughly. I will definitely be requesting him moving forward for any work orders or repairs needed. The apartments are super dog friendly and my floor is very quiet. Everyone seems really friendly and my apartment is very comfortable with a great view. My dog and I both love it here so far.
