The Forest Apartments

I've lived here for over a decade in a few different buildings. Top notch maintenance and service crew, clean lovely exterior and interiors. The Building Manager Lena has been an absolute gem and is always available to help and work with you. It's such a rarity to find management who actually care about their tenants like Lena does. She is awesome and a huge reason I am continuing my stay, as long as my job doesn't force me to move. Their rates, especially for Rockville/MoCo, are very fair. A huge plus is they accept all breeds of dogs and most are extremely friendly. They have a medium fenced in dog park too for dogs to run around and play. If you have a large dog, this is an even better place. Neighbors are friendly, plenty of parking, nice pool area. I highly recommend The Forest!

John has been invaluable from the tour to move-in day. He made the process smooth, answered all my questions, and remained responsive. He made what can sometimes be a stressful experience feel smooth and straightforward. Even after moving in, he has continued to be responsive and proactive in addressing any concerns. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about the residents and takes pride in making sure things run well. He has always demonstrated professionalism, attentiveness, and a great willingness to resolve any request or issue quickly and efficiently. The common areas are kept clean, well-maintained, and organized, which speaks volumes about their commitment to the well-being of their residents. Something that is truly appreciated. Quality housing and helpful leasing/property and maintenance staff. Secure and clean. Scenic area. Good for pets (with of course down paymemts and a monthly fee). Would recommend to others. Has seasonal outdoor pool and cookout area. Talk to property manager Lena for help if interested!

DO NOT MOVE HERE! There is very limited parking. There is more reserved parking than open parking. Reserve spots cost $100 per month. Their advice is to park down the street. If not they will tow your car if you are parked where they don't want you to park. If your car gets towed they will tell you “You should have paid for the $100 or you wouldnt be in this situation.” places you can't park are not properly labeled as they should be. Some are fire lanes that are not marketed as fire lanes. Their maintenance won't fix the issues and will mark the work order as complete when they never set foot inside your place. Then, if you have an issue with that, the management office will call you and anyone else on the call list to argue with you about how it's your fault. Don't try calling the off
