The leasing agent Mrs. C. Williams, and the maintenance technician Kevin are great. I enjoy the professional job they do in terms of making sure my unit is in excellent condition. Kevin is very knowledgeable and offers good advice on repair ideas for enhancing my unit, he also is extremely polite to my dog in and outside of my unit. She gets very happy when she sees him. Mrs. Williams the leasing manager is awesome, she is always very attentive and understanding. Her efficient correspondence about property issues, meetings, activities, follow ups with emails and messages are great. She did a Christmas Holiday door decorating contest this last holiday season. This allowed participating units to show their joy beyond their home, that created a joyful vibe through out the properties and also

Great place to live, I love it! Good community to live and helpful maintenance man Kevin. He works hard to ensure we are all comfortable and have what we need. Ciara is an amazing property manager. She is right on point at any given time when needed and is always here to assist. She solves many issues that come and go. Because of her our community is safe, quiet and peaceful!

I have been at the Flats since the beginning, yes they had some turnover at the start. Right now we have a competent manager and maintenance crew. I am impressed with response from Ciara and Kevin, they have never let me down. If you every get an opportunity to stop by and witness there genuine caring for the residents, please do so, just outstanding.
