I've had problems for over three months reporting cockroaches in the apartment. I think I've gone more than six times to request fumigation, and they haven't done it. I renewed my contract in September, and now it's December. The secretary, the building manager, and the administrator told me they were going to clean, disinfect, and vacuum the apartment's carpet because of the renewal, but they haven't done that either. The shower tub is so old it's lost its color and they haven't fixed it. I'm tired of going to the office. I haven't been in exactly two weeks because I don't have time. I leave work at 5:00 AM and get back at 7:00 AM. I keep the apartment clean and organized, but the situation is exhausting. There are also more and more problems every day parking the cars. I really like living here. My apartment is a good size and I love the staff. Gloria has made me feel at home.

So far, this place has been a nightmare. None of the parking spaces are the same size and can barely fit a small or mid size sedan so your car will get small dents from people having no choice because you can’t even open your door properly to get in and out. My front door is completely split in half and does not close unless I slam it and even then, it’s 50/50. Maintenance says that’s how all the doors are but that’s not true. See the picture. They refuse to replace it and always have an excuse for anything that needs to be replaced. The complex needs needs massive work and not just in my unit. This place is awful! It’s funny how they say they are luxury living. I moved my mother out of her apartment that she just moved into in April. She has submitted complaint after complaint regarding a roach infestation and a dip in the living room floor. The floor was never looked at. All they did was send pest control to spray. My mom tripped several times in the living room because of the dip and once hit head. She would send emails to the managers and these final emails where she was asking to be moved to another apartment or let out of her lease bc of these on going issues went unanswered.
