The Flats Off Madison

I love living at the flats off Madison! It's clean, quiet, and an amazing place to be. My neighbors are awesome and we have hallway meetings with all of our pets. Management and maintenance are swift and helpful and do a wonderful job communicating with residents. And the occasional breakfasts in the community room are an added bonus!

I recently moved out. The maintenance staff is excellent. The property manager and clerical staff are good. The low rating is because of the disrespectful and clueless tenants that make living there a nightmare. The staff are not responsible for the misbehavior of tenants. Also I am disabled and people take the spots so at times I had to struggle to find parking.

Living here has been great! Management is always helpful and they take care of maintenance needs in a timely manner. Great amenities too.

The Flats off Madison is a great place to live. The units are designed great, extremely responsive administration and maintenance, and a quiet community to live in. Would definitely recommend living here.

when I first moved here in 2021 in May the apartments really stand out for “luxury living” the neighbors are nice, the keep the complex clean, the whole neighborhood is quiet, and I haven’t heard any disturbances with kids or robbery in this neighborhood. HOWEVER, when it comes to call for maintenance for any issues you have for your apartment they come days or weeks later. Either you have to fix it yourself or wait for them to come which is ridiculous. I would give that a one star. I know they only have one staff for maintenance. But that does not excuse how people need important things like A/C to live especially after a long day of work. Other than that, love living here.
