The Flats at Sky Village

I was very impressed with Sacha and how professional, friendly and quick she was with processing my application. I am happy with my new apatment in old town...there were one or two issues that Sacha tooks care of right away. Thanks Sacha-and the staff at the Flats!

I rented a unit in the Olde Town Residences and will say it was one of the best spots I have ever lived in! The location simply cannot be beat and the management team makes you feel welcome and heard. Despite living away from the main property where the leasing office is located, the team always made sure those in my building were invited to community events. The team was very accessible and maintenance requests were handled in a timely manner. I highly recommend considering Sky Village's properties!

Just signed another year lease because we love it here at sky village and Arvada in general! This place may not appear fancy or have outrageous extras like pet spas *giggle* but let me assure you it is obvious the owners love and care for the property by how everything is kept up -from grass and tree trimming to trash and updates when needed like the new tiled pool update underway. I love that this is a smaller, tight knit community with no loud disrespectful ruckus or vandalism like some places you rent. The property manager Sasha is always on top of things like maintenance requests or questions and other staff is always kind and responsive as well and are kind enough to call when you have a package at the office. Jessie the maintenance man is very knowledgeable and friendly and thorough

Wendy & Sacha are the best property managers ever I’ve come across. They helped me all the way from the beginning till the end. They are extremely helpful to satisfy your leasing needs.

Where to begin. This place is very quite tidy community and affordable for the location. Personally where I moved from in the south Hampden area, this place is a sanctuary. The apartment I first moved into was awesome, it was a 3rd floor and where my apartment was located I had a wonderful Mountain view, as well as during 4th of July the fireworks where within arms reach it felt like. You can always observe a baseball game from across the street. The complex is tidy and well groomed, as well as the trash comes regularly so their is never a build up at the dumpsters. Personally I have NEVER observed crazy neighbors all around the complex, it is kept quiet for the families that live here. The complex has a nice playground for the kids and I feel safe letting them play in the courtyard on the
