The Flats At Shady Grove

I had an amazing experience talking with Kira, the manager at The Flats at Shady Grove. She went above and beyond to help me, even taking the time to walk me through the MPDU program step-by-step. Kira is serious about her job, truly pleasant to talk to, and incredibly helpful. It’s rare to find someone so professional yet so approachable. I highly recommend this apartment community, especially since they offer affordable units through the MPDU program.

I am not a person that gives bad reviews but I will give them one start because I can’t put a 0. The people are nice yes but the experience is so bad. Today is the 5th time that we don’t have water , nobody said anything about that. I am okay without that but some people have babies or they are seniors and they have to live in this situation. I just want to finish my lease because this is not a happy experience it is just a headache all the time that they do things like that. They promised us to fix the things that were not good in the apartment the first day that we moved in but it is 5 months and it is still the same.

Went in with a very difficult situation and the front office staff was amazing! Roni and Kiera talked with my sister and I for as long as we needed answering all our questions with ease and experience. While we may not be able to stay here, I will highly recommend it to anyone I know.

Bayan was very helpful with finding me the right apartment that suites my every need. Her very charming and charismatic energy made the whole process stress free and enjoyable.
