Dealing with a mice infestation this place is not what it use to be back in 2017. Iv been seeing the presence of mice since December. I can’t get a call back after leaving 3 messages and over a period of 10 days. We pay for pest control here, yet I’m here controlling the pest. Iv had to buy mouse traps and have caught 3 and no one will even reach back out to me. Have called during emergency hours along with business hours. Sick Update 4/16 Sharee called and have pest control out next day. 2 more mice have already been caught and pest control is to come ever 2 weeks now I hope they get the whole building serviced so this isn’t a long term situation

I moved in less than a month ago and immediately submitted a list of serious concerns about the unit. Lester and Jackson did a walk-through, pretending to take note of the issues literally taking pictures and assuring me that everything would be addressed that same day. I’m helping my son look for a new place and visited with Melanie while I was there. She is super nice, knowledgeable and really accommodating to this mom with 100 questions. She was patient and kind! Truly a gem!

I’ve been here 6 years and the current management team is amazing finally. They communicate and take care of things in a timely manner. Tawana is amazing and an angel!!

MOLD!!! Too many washing machine problems where water goes through the wall into my living room. It was so bad they had to remove the padding. This was last year and they still haven’t replaced it! Cracks in ceiling where I’ve had water come through! I even talk to a Price Brothers manager about it and she dismissed it, even after showing her the ceilings, walls, and flooring. Aggressive dogs that aren’t leashed, also to mention they haven’t picked up after their pets. THERE HAS BEEN A SHOOTING HERE!!! Gun violence where police have shown up for the same tenant/s multiple times. A few times how I know Maintenance has shown up is by peeing in my bathroom and not flushing.
