Renter beware. These people are the absolute worse. They lie, cheat and steal. Make sure you have cameras in your apartment cause they will come in if you sre not there then leave letters pretending they fixed something in the apt. And if you plan on moving out make sure you keep track of EVERYTHING. They are slick and have friends EVERYWHERE including the Post Office to cover up their schemes, scams and lies. They pretended to mail a letter about my security deposit that they dated Aug. 19 once i emailed Dominic (he waited 4 days to provide me with a copy of the so called letter that his boss typed up for him) i emailed him Oct 3, didn't get an email/response till Oct 7). They have my email they could've tried reaching me that way as well, but they had that trick/plan set once i let them

This place is so mis leading and they tell you one thing and then another I called in May to see about the new apartments being built in Carlisle pa they said they would be done being built by end August sept I had asked them if they go by income they told me no and that the first floor was for elderly and hud and 2 and 3 fooors were for reg tenants so I said great I’ll fill out application and gave them application fee and the process was started all my paper work was done and was told I would get a unit and was told my security deposit which was to be 500 and then 834 rent per month and 200 pet security fee and pet fee per month all paper work was done even gave them veterinary paper work for pet so was so excited to be moving into a brand new place and I called to check up on my paper w

you cant smoke nor have pets unless you have a disability. rules are too strict for the amount of money they're charging for rent.

I have been trying to call this place for two days straight and only get a busy signal. They have no website to contact them by email either it's like they don't want bothered at all!!!
